Senior Director of Revenue Operations

To shape Scorpion's go-to-market operations, the full-time remote Senior Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics will build revenue data architecture, improve forecasting, and develop actionable reporting while leading Salesforce administration and driving AI adoption across the organization. Key responsibilities Build and manage revenue data architecture and analytics for Marketing and Sales Lead revenue forecasting and pipeline inspection to enhance sales predictability Oversee Salesforce administration and identify opportunities for AI and automation in revenue processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role Proven experience in managing revenue operations for a recurring revenue business Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools Experience with franchise or multi-location revenue models is preferred
