Senior Director of Project Finance

Leading transaction execution in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Director of Project Finance will manage M&A, project financings, and corporate level financings while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial closures. Key responsibilities Lead transaction execution for various financing types, including M&A and project financings Negotiate financing documentation and maintain relationships with potential project investors Oversee the development and maintenance of complex project finance models for renewable energy projects Required qualifications 8-10+ years of project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in renewable energy or a similar industry Strong financial modeling capabilities and familiarity with project finance structures Experience in creating marketing materials and managing data rooms Demonstrated ability to close complex business transactions under tight timeframes Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and building relationships
