Program ManagerWe are looking for a Program Manager who will focus on timely execution of Omni Design's projects, and will be responsible for working with our global engineering team as well as our customers. You will program manage the full life cycle of projects from the start, through implementation, customer releases, and validation. In this role you will be the communication liaison across different engineering teams, track schedules, assess risks and with customers on specific projects.
You will also be responsible for planning future project timelines in collaboration with the engineering and sales team.Responsibilities and QualificationsCo-ordinate with cross-functional teams of analog and digital design, validation, and system definitionSchedule, coordinate and track resources and milestones to ensure timely execution of projectsInterface with customers and external vendors for specific programs and projectsCommunicate effectively with all stakeholdersWork cross-functionally and with leadership to create and develop best practices in a dynamic environmentDevelop and maintain productive relationships internally and externallyInfluence others across the company to remain focused on desired outcomesBS/MS in Electrical Engineering7+ years of experience in semiconductor related technical program managementStrong technical skills, involving problem solving and root cause analysis in a pressured environmentInterpersonal skills of leadership, project management, communication, influencing and negotiationAbility to simultaneously work with multiple partners and engineering teamsExperience guiding the full design cycle for complex mixed-signal designsExperience with the full-ownership of design and project tracking metricsTechnical experience in analog or digital designWe strongly believe that the pace of the ongoing hardware revolution will be greatly accelerated by Omni Design's IP cores and the rapidly emerging semiconductor embedded design business ecosystem.At Omni Design, we have created an exciting environment with amazing talent across multiple disciplines.
