Senior Director of Procurement

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Procurement will lead company-wide sourcing, vendor management, and spend optimization efforts while building a centralized procurement function remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and standardize a centralized procurement policy and process to enhance operational efficiency and compliance Implement and optimize a procurement software tool to align with business needs and provide actionable reporting Establish a collaborative framework with department heads to manage department-specific spend and vendor relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, including leadership roles in high-growth environments Proven success in designing and scaling centralized procurement operations in both startups and publicly traded companies Strong knowledge of procurement software and spend management systems, with implementation experience preferred Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and/or digital health sectors
