Rung for Women seeks a Senior Director of Development & Alumni Relations to lead fundraising, alumni engagement, and volunteer programs in support of our mission.
Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will build a high-performing Advancement team, manage major gifts, annual giving, grants, and community partnerships, and cultivate donor relationships.
This role requires strategic leadership, coaching, and a commitment to equity and women’s economic mobility.
