Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of operations leadership experience
- Required: Flooring or construction industry management experience
- Proven success leading multiple departments and cross-functional teams
- Strong background in scheduling, field operations, sales support, customer service, and process improvement
- Experience implementing KPIs, SOPs, and scalable business processes
Responsibilities:
