This is a unique opportunity for an experienced senior level, RDO Regional Director of Operations to join an existing group poised for high growth.
Seeking high level multi-unit restaurant operators to join an exciting brand with international roots.
The ideal candidate will currently be operating at a DO/RVP/ or senior DM level. If you operate in the casual themed restaurant space or have a blended background including premium casual and fast casual this could be an outstanding opportunity.
The position will report directly to the COO.
Financial responsibility for $50M - $100M with at least 5 mid-level Area Director direct reports will be an excellent fit.
If you have a demonstrated track record including ground up growth, P&L, sales and EBITDA responsibility then this could be a very exciting career opportunity.
This role is considered a senior executive level, exemplary leadership coupled with success in the premium casual themed segment are required.
The role comes with an outstanding compensation package including 4 weeks of vacation, full benefits, bonus and a base salary up to $200K annually.
