Senior Director of Network Integration

To lead hospital and provider network integration efforts, the full-time Senior Director of Network Integration will oversee the design, delivery, and governance of outbound data integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Direct the end-to-end integration of hospital and provider networks into enterprise systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy Lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while managing personnel matters Oversee outbound file integration processes, maintaining relationships with vendors and ensuring adherence to data sharing protocols Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of related business experience in TPA/Payer operations 5 years of leadership experience in a relevant field Proven ability to develop business strategy and convert it into actionable objectives Experience with network integration and outbound file integration processes Understanding of healthcare data interchange formats, including X12 EDI transactions
