Senior Director of Learning Architecture

Leading the design and execution of impactful learning strategies, the full-time Senior Director of Learning Architecture will develop professional learning initiatives for educators and out-of-school time professionals, working remotely with 15% travel required. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the strategic vision for professional learning architecture aligned with organizational goals Oversee the creation and enhancement of educator-facing materials and resources to support program fidelity Lead the design of scalable train-the-trainer systems and professional development offerings Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Adult Education, K-12 Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field 7+ years of experience in designing and developing professional learning for educators or related audiences 10+ years of experience working with K-12 school systems or similar educational environments 5+ years of experience managing external partners supporting educational products and programs Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design across various formats
