Senior Director of Internal Audit & Compliance

Children's Specialized ABA is building an independent internal audit function to safeguard revenue integrity, payer relations, and regulatory posture. The Director will design and execute the monthly audit program, then scale to a team and operating model as the organization grows.

The role combines hands-on audit work with function design, owning sample selection, testing, and documentation while shaping how the function interfaces with external payers.
