Senior Director of Footwear Development

Leading the product development process in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Senior Director of Footwear Development will oversee the creation of innovative and sustainable footwear products, ensuring alignment with market demands and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Set the vision and strategy for the product development process to ensure successful product launches Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials and production meet specifications Mentor and inspire the development team while driving process improvement and collaboration across projects Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of twelve (12) years of product development or related experience At least four (4) years of experience leading a team Significant knowledge of footwear construction and 3D design and development Experience in a sophisticated matrixed organization with a global scope Outstanding project management skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
