Senior Director of Financial Planning

To support strategic financial leadership, the remote Senior Director of Financial Planning will manage financial planning, liquidity management, and operational modeling while collaborating with executive leadership and optimizing business performance. Key responsibilities Partner with C-suite executives on operational performance and growth strategies, contributing to board packages for private equity sponsors Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, including building driver-based models for core veterinary metrics Own financial modeling and transaction analysis for prospective practice acquisitions, ensuring successful post-merger integration Required qualifications 8-10+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience for Director level; 10-12+ years for Senior Director level Proven experience in building and managing 13-week cash flow forecasts in multi-unit settings Background in M&A financial modeling and post-acquisition financial integration Experience in Veterinary/Animal Health, Healthcare, Retail, or Hospitality preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a strong plus
