As a full-time remote position, the Senior Director of Finance IT will manage the strategy, transformation, delivery, and operations of the global Finance technology portfolio, overseeing core finance processes and leading a global team to deliver scalable finance technology solutions. Key responsibilities Define and own the multi-year Finance IT technology strategy aligned with CFO priorities and enterprise architecture standards Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Finance technology programs, ensuring disciplined project execution and governance Lead the Finance IT operational model, ensuring high availability and performance of mission-critical Finance platforms Required qualifications 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with 5+ years in a Finance IT or ERP leadership role Deep platform expertise in Workday Financials and experience with financial close platforms like BlackLine Strong domain knowledge across core finance processes including R2R, S2P, and O2C Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to Finance executives while maintaining delivery accountability Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
