This role sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue operations, and execution—with real ownership over forecasting, financial planning, and decision-making that shapes the company's next phase of growth.If you thrive in environments where finance drives the business (not just reports on it), this role was built for you.What You'll OwnLead finance and revenue operationsPartner closely with executive leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, and growth initiativesDrive alignment across the company on financial targets, priorities, and ROI-driven decisionsOwn board-level financial materials and support high-impact strategic discussionsProvide financial diligence and analysis for partnerships, investments, and expansion initiativesAct as a trusted advisor across GTM, product, customer success, and operationsOptimize headcount, spend, and investments to support sustainable growthImprove visibility into revenue performance, retention, and predictabilityOwn company-wide forecasting using core SaaS metrics (pipeline, usage, retention, delivery performance)Connect day-to-day operational activity directly to financial outcomesLead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning end to endBuild and maintain accurate forecasts in partnership with functional leadersOversee working capital and cash flow forecastingEnsure GAAP compliance and integrity across all reportingBuild scalable financial reporting and KPI frameworksTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable insightsEquip leaders with visibility to make smart trade-offs and decisionsMonitor performance trends, unit economics, and market dynamicsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of progressive finance leadership experienceProven success in high-growth SaaS / B2B technology environmentsStrong exposure to martech, revenue operations, or deal desk functionsDeep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and growth driversHands-on leader with advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertiseSolid grounding in accounting fundamentalsConfident communicator who can influence at the executive and board levelExperience with fundraising and investor relations strongly preferredTools: NetSuite and Salesforce a plus; advanced Excel / Google Sheets requiredIf you're a SaaS finance leader who wants to drive the business—not just support it—let's talk.
