Senior Director of Data Architecture

To enhance data consistency and governance, the full-time Senior Director of Data Architecture will establish enterprise data standards, build a data catalog, and define a common language for data across various departments, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish enterprise data standards and drive their adoption across the organization Build and maintain a data catalog that ensures data is discoverable and trustworthy Develop a shared ontology and enterprise data dictionary to standardize definitions across departments Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in data architecture or enterprise data roles with hands-on experience in data catalogs and taxonomies Deep expertise in Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses, including data modeling and schema design Proven ability to align diverse functions through effective communication and consensus-building Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in revenue cycle or patient financial services Strong technical foundations in data modeling and familiarity with modern data stack components
