Senior Director of Cost Accounting

Driving the transformation of cost accounting, the full-time Senior Director of Cost Accounting will lead inventory accounting, product costing, and financial operations while working remotely in the USA. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Cost Accounting organization Oversee global inventory accounting, product costing, and supply chain accounting processes Lead operational forecasting in partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing leadership Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred Minimum 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with significant cost accounting experience At least 7+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costing methodologies, and financial reporting Experience with large ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud
