Senior Director of Corporate Development

Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Corporate Development will lead the evaluation and execution of acquisitions and investments, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and collaborate with executive leadership in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end evaluation of strategic opportunities, including financial modeling and diligence Drive acquisitions and investments from initial evaluation through close, including negotiation and execution Build and maintain relationships with financial sponsors and strategic counterparties, providing clear recommendations for leadership Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance Experience evaluating or executing acquisitions, investments, or complex transactions Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Ability to influence senior leaders and synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations Proven track record of thriving in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, particularly in health tech
