To support a high-growth organization, the full-time remote Senior Director of Commercial Finance will lead the Commercial Finance function, providing strategic financial guidance, establishing commercial finance infrastructure, and overseeing revenue forecasting and performance management. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary finance business partner to Commercial leadership, offering strategic financial guidance and decision support Lead commercial financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning Develop and maintain revenue forecasts and demand models, partnering with Commercial Accounting on pricing and market access strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A and commercial finance leadership experience Experience supporting commercial organizations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, pricing, reimbursement, and gross-to-net forecasting Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
