We’re hiring: Senior Director of Clinic Operations

Anthony Medical & Chiropractic Centers is looking for a high-caliber operational leader to work closely with our COO and help strengthen performance across our growing network of clinics.

This is not a desk-based corporate operations role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, spending time inside clinics, observing teams, evaluating leadership, identifying operational issues and helping our Regional Managers and Clinic Managers become stronger decision-makers.

The right person should be able to walk into a clinic and quickly recognize what is working, what is not, and why.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Spending significant time in our clinics observing day-to-day operations, leadership and team performance
• Partnering closely with our COO, Regional Managers and Clinic Managers
• Identifying poor behaviors, weak processes and gaps in accountability before they become larger problems
• Recognizing strong employees and leaders who should be developed for greater responsibility
• Coaching managers through difficult employee, workflow and performance situations
• Evaluating clinic culture, patient experience, staffing, productivity and overall execution
• Providing executive leadership with clear, candid feedback from the field
• Helping establish stronger operational standards and consistency across locations
• Supporting corrective action and performance improvement when necessary
• Making thoughtful, high-quality operational decisions as familiarity with the organization grows

During the first six months, this leader will spend significant time learning our organization, people, clinics, systems and expectations.

Our goal is to hire someone with the experience and judgment to quickly become a trusted extension of our COO and executive leadership team — someone we can confidently rely on to make sound operational decisions without needing constant direction.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of progressive operations and people leadership experience preferred
• Strong multi-location or multi-unit management experience
• Experience managing managers and developing leaders
• Demonstrated success improving underperforming teams or locations
• Strong judgment and the ability to handle difficult personnel situations professionally
• Excellent observational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable holding leaders accountable while also coaching and developing them
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred, particularly in multi-site outpatient healthcare, urgent care, chiropractic, physical therapy, dental or similar environments
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations throughout Central Texas

This role is ideal for an experienced operator who can balance people, performance and accountability — and who understands that strong operations are built by being present, asking the right questions and developing great leaders.

Location: Central Texas (Waco/Temple/Killeen/Austin)

Travel: Regular travel between clinic locations required
