Senior Director of Business Analytics

Driving strategic execution and analytical insights, the full-time remote Senior Director of Business Analytics will manage business operations, oversee analytics functions, and lead cross-functional programs to support the transformation of the research business. Key responsibilities: Design and manage the operating cadence for executive meetings and business reviews, ensuring decision-ready materials and accountability across teams Establish and lead the Business Analytics function, developing KPIs and executive dashboards to provide visibility into performance and strategic initiatives Oversee cross-functional program leadership, aligning resources and ensuring successful transitions of initiatives into permanent organizational structures Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or strategy within a large, matrixed organization Proven track record supporting P&L-owning senior executives and managing complex operating rhythms Strong analytical skills with experience in building financial models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks Ability to develop and implement an analytics function, including defining data standards and collaborating with data engineering teams Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing board-level materials and adapting narratives for diverse audiences
