Senior Director, National Accounts & Payer Access (Remote)

Stoke Therapeutics is seeking a Director/Senior Director of National Accounts to build and lead payer access strategies for a ground‑up market access program. You will own regional payer relationships, develop launch plans, and drive coverage decisions across major PBMs and national accounts.

Ideal candidates have extensive pharma/biotech payer experience, including orphan or rare disease launches, and a strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
