Senior Director, Ministry Audio & Production

Hope Media Group seeks a Director of Production and Audio Ministry, a senior creative leader shaping ministry storytelling and donor messaging across KSBJ and partner brands. This role partners with imaging, programming, and donor relations to elevate sound, integrity, and emotional impact.

You will lead a production team, guide underwriting audio, and ensure FCC non-commercial guidelines while expanding ministry audio across on-air, streaming, podcasts, and social platforms.
