Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end analytics agenda across market access (payer/formulary), trade/channel, and IDN/institutional segments for the MASH portfolio.
  • Partner to translate business questions into a prioritized analytics roadmap.
  • Build analytics capability for payer access, trade-off analyses, and pull-through using data assets (SP data, claims, formulary, etc.).
  • Lead distribution and specialty pharmacy analytics (inventory visibility, dispense/time-to-therapy, service levels, partner scorecards) and support specialty pharmacy/distributor QBRs.
  • Develop IDN/institutional analytics for segmentation, targeting, and pull-through in GPO/IDN/limited-distribution settings.
  • Co-lead advanced analytics & AI capabilities with Commercial Advanced Analytics and IT AI.
  • Establish data quality/governance for third-party sources (claims, specialty pharmacy, distributor 852/867, 3PL).
  • Partner in payer contracting, pricing, and channel strategy; communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage internal FTEs and vendors; set goals, performance manage, and coach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in quantitative/business/related field; MBA/MS preferred.
  • 12+ years pharma/biotech commercial analytics; direct experience leading market access, trade, or channel analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience building/leading/developing analytics teams.
  • Hands-on experience with claims, specialty pharmacy, distributor 852/867, syndicated data (e.g., PurpleLabs/IQVIA/Symphony).
  • Working knowledge of gross-to-net, contract, and rebate analytics and supporting platforms (e.g., IntegriChain, MMIT).

Preferred

  • Specialty/rare disease experience; launch/early commercialization.
  • Market access advanced analytics (provider control, payer share shift).
  • IDN/GPO/institutional/limited-distribution account analytics.
  • Snowflake/Databricks; Power BI/Tableau; AI-enabled/agentic analytics exposure.
