Senior Director, Learning, Performance, Inclusion – Orthopedics

• Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce needs.
• Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external learning vendors.
• Lead vendor strategy, selection, governance, performance management, and contract oversight.
• Establish learning governance, standards, metrics, and reporting to ensure quality, consistency, and ROI.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning investments.
• Drive innovation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement across learning solutions.
• Lead, develop, and engage high‑performing learning and vendor management teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy requirements, and regulatory standards related to learning and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or HR leadership roles, including senior leadership responsibility
• Proven experience leading enterprise wide learning strategies and large scale learning operations
• Demonstrated expertise in learning vendor strategy, governance, and performance management
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess learning effectiveness and vendor value
• Experience partnering with executive level stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree (preferred).
• Experience supporting learning in regulated or highly complex organizations.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, learning analytics, and modern learning technologies.
• Experience leading learning transformation or operating‑model redesign initiatives.
• Exposure to global or regional learning delivery models.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industries.
• Language: English proficiency required.
