Senior Director Laboratory Operations Management- Atlanta, GA
We are seeking an experienced Lab Directorfor a health system in Atlanta. This permanent leadership role will be overseeing a large enterprise with multiple directors and managers reporting up and needs to perform at an executive level. This leader must be competent in CAP/CLIA accreditations, have a strong understanding of working with public health agencies and unions, and work with the national team to implement national initiatives.
Some travel will be required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MLS or CLS license
- Master's degree in Medical Lab Science or equivalent
- 15 years in clinical experience
- 8+ years in leadership roles
