Senior Director, Internal Audit & Risk Management

GitLab is seeking a Senior Director, Internal Audit to strengthen its Internal Audit function. You will translate a mature audit method into practical workstreams, lead quality and execution, and help implement a risk-based audit plan aligned with GitLab's strategic objectives.

You'll also guide enterprise risk management, build trusted partnerships across the business, and oversee SOX testing and audit reporting to the Audit Committee and leadership. This is a remote role across the U.S.
