Lilly is seeking a Senior Director HSE for the Decatur manufacturing site to lead the HSE program across manufacturing, labs, utilities and administrative areas. You will drive alignment with Global HSE and readiness for regulatory inspections while building a strong safety culture.
During the startup phase, you will shape HSE systems, processes, and leadership to enable a compliant full GMP launch and ongoing operations. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ leadership in HSE are required.
