Director, HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a talented Director, HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate is someone with strong business partnership experience, strategic talent management capabilities, and the ability to influence senior leaders while driving organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Influence business outcomes by shaping workforce strategies, strengthening leadership capabilities, and ensuring the organization is equipped to meet current and future objectives.
• Guide large-scale business evolution efforts, helping leaders navigate growth, adapt team structures, and implement more effective ways of operating.
• Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning, high-potential talent development, and targeted capability enhancement initiatives.
• Leverage organizational insights, workforce data, and change management expertise to improve team performance, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness.
• Deliver integrated people solutions by collaborating across recruiting, compensation, employee relations, HR operations, and talent teams to drive a consistent employee experience and business impact.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including serving as a HRBP in a global, matrixed environment
• Experience working in a biotech/life sciences or technology organization
• Significant experience with talent management, leadership development, and change management initiatives
• Proven ability to manage both strategic initiatives and hands‑on execution of projects
