Senior Director, Global Operations & Turnaround Leader

TP in Idaho is seeking a dedicated operations leader to manage a large-scale team at the Yogyakarta site. The role requires a focus on delivering key performance metrics, addressing performance gaps, and rebuilding client confidence. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 2,500 FTEs across four sites and support major global brands.

Ideal applicants will have at least 5 years in operations leadership, with a preference for those experienced in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety operations. Strong leadership and client management skills are essential.
