Senior Director, Global Brand & Portfolio Management

• Define and execute Seqirus's global portfolio vision and strategy
• Lead a team responsible for global product portfolio strategy
• Provide commercial and portfolio leadership
• Ensure alignment from research through commercialization
• Drive portfolio decisions maximizing long-term growth

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science with MBA or MS (Pharmaceutical or basic sciences) preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 8 years in commercial, sales, or marketing (vaccines preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in portfolio strategy or multi-brand leadership
• Minimum 7 years of experience in personnel management and project management
• Proven success in growing established products
• Strong knowledge of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
