We are partnering with a stable and growing multi‑unit restaurant organization seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead enterprise‑wide planning and analysis. This role will be a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, owning the annual operating plan, long‑range planning, and ongoing forecasting/close support. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands‑on FP&A rigor, and experience translating operational drivers (sales, labor, margins, KPIs) into actionable insights.

Salary Range: $200,000-$215,000 base salary plus additional incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise‑wide FP&A, partnering with the CFO and executive leadership to drive strategic decision‑making and performance outcomes
  • Own the annual operating plan, long‑range plan, and monthly forecasting cadence; ensure accuracy, clarity, and executive‑ready outputs
  • Develop and deliver consolidated P&L reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards/insights across the organization
  • Lead unit‑level sales forecasting, labor modeling, and operational performance analytics for field/operations leaders
  • Support board‑level materials and executive presentations; contribute to earnings‑related support as needed
  • Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation/systems optimization with a focus on data integrity and scalability
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, and other stakeholders to align plans and improve forecast accuracy
  • Manage and develop a growing team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A/finance leadership experience, with demonstrated ownership of planning/forecasting and P&L reporting
  • Deep expertise in annual planning, long‑range planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and closed‑period reporting
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and partner effectively across multiple business functions
  • Experience building, coaching, and managing teams; strong leadership presence
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial/operational data into clear recommendations
