Senior Director, Foster Care Programs & Impact

Epworth Children's Home, Inc. seeks an experienced leader to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Foster Care program across the region. You will supervise program directors and promote best practices to ensure safety and quality care.

Responsibilities include program development, budgeting input, staff training, community partnerships, and representing Epworth in networks to expand services statewide. A Master's degree and 5+ years in child welfare are required.
