Senior Director, Food Safety & Compliance

Mo’ Bettahs seeks a senior Food Safety leader to drive HACCP, audits, ServSafe certification, and regulatory compliance as we scale to nearly 90 restaurants across eight states. Based in Lehi, UT, this role will require significant travel (40-50%) to support sites and coordinate with Operations, Training, Supply Chain, and Construction.
