Senior Director, Financial Aid Operations

Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC, is seeking a leader to oversee the operation and enhancement of our financial aid platforms, ensuring timely awarding and accurate disbursement while aligning with Title IV regulations.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage daily data exchanges with federal gateways, load and review ISIRs, generate QA and award reports, and coordinate Banner upgrades. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
