About the Role
This leader will assess existing operations, identify gaps, and drive the transition into standardized accounting, finance, reporting, and control processes.
Targeting a candidate with:
- Strong finance background with a focus on projections, budgeting, and planning.
- Hands-on FP&A experience, including modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
- Experience supporting due diligence, acquisitions, and special projects.
- Able to build budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Strong at analyzing data and explaining variances.
- Comfortable partnering with accounting, operations, AP, treasury, and leadership.
- Ideal background includes healthcare, multi-site operations, or acquisition-heavy environments.
Duties:
- Assess accounting, treasury, AP, month-end close, reporting, FP&A, and internal controls.
- Develop and execute integration plans, standardizing processes across acquired entities.
- Partner with facility leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful transitions.
- Build scalable financial processes, controls, and reporting for continued growth.
- Serve as a hands-on finance leader who can independently manage complex projects.
- Travel to acquired facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience.
- Prior Controller, VP Finance, Director of Finance, or similar leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, treasury, AP, financial reporting, month-end close, and FP&A.
- Proven acquisition integration, financial transformation, or complex project experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, process improvement, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with multi-location, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred.
