Senior Director, Federal Ecosystem & Alliances

Rancher Government Solutions (RGS) in Reston, VA, seeks a Director/Senior Director of Ecosystem to lead alliance strategy across the U.S. Federal market.

You will build relationships with FSIs, OEMs, ISVs, CSPs, MSPs, and channel partners, and drive revenue through partner-led initiatives and co-sell programs. This senior role requires 10+ years of leadership in federal business development, deep knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures, and the ability to navigate federal
