Senior Director: Escalated Provider Resolution

Oscar is seeking a Senior Director, Escalated Provider Issue Resolution to join the Network & Provider Management team in New York City. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly, with Thursdays fixed for team meetings.

You will lead a cross-functional team to resolve complex provider issues, build scalable operating models, and drive improvements across Claims, Network, and Analytics. You will report to the SVP, Network & Provider Management and shape governance, reporting, and
