Our client is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Platforms Leader to join their Information Systems & Technology – Transformation organization. This individual will serve as a key enterprise technology leader responsible for driving large-scale business systems modernization initiatives across ERP, CRM, and core enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to define strategy, governance, and execution of multi-year transformation programs that support operational stability, scalability, and long-term business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise systems modernization roadmap across ERP, CRM, and core business platforms
- Lead enterprise platform transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to business strategy and operational needs
- Oversee program governance including scope, timeline, budget management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution
- Direct enterprise application, data, and integration architecture aligned to target-state enterprise strategy
- Establish and enforce scalable integration standards and cloud-ready architecture principles
- Lead enterprise data modernization, automation, and system optimization initiatives
- Partner closely with business and executive leaders to ensure technology solutions support operational requirements
- Manage capital budgets and vendor relationships supporting enterprise transformation programs
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory frameworks including CMMC 1.0 and NIST 800-171
- Provide leadership and direction across enterprise architects, data teams, integration engineers, technical project managers, and business analysts
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform transformation programs
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud-enabled solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams in complex transformation environments
- Demonstrated financial and capital project oversight experience
- Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven industries preferred
- Exposure to modern ERP/CRM platforms (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.) is a plus
- MBA or advanced technical/business degree preferred
