- Managing, coaching, tracking and reporting through heads of department – CIP and Project Engineering.
- Designing and implementing common Contract Logistics processes tied to new facility construction and client migration.
- Directing, developing and mentoring a high skilled engineering team.
- Maintaining department budgets, financial and engineering metrics.
- Supporting operations in meeting budgeted operating profits and cost reduction objectives.
- Collaborating with regional peers to ensure consistent best practices across contract logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) role
- Experience in New Business Implementations
- Driving Continual Improvement and Financial Savings in Operations
- Prior leadership positions directing Senior Leaders and frontline Engineers in 3PL/supply chain environment
- Advanced knowledge of statistics
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications with advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and Power BI
- Experience with AI tools and applications
- Extensive understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- E-commerce experience including starting up small to large volume solutions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English; Spanish highly desired.
