Senior Director, Employment & Compliance Counsel

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to support Employment, Labor, Benefits, and Litigation. You will report to the General Counsel and handle material HR legal matters, with a future legal assistant and shared executive support.

Core duties include negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding ethics and dispute processes. The role requires at least 5+ years as a practicing attorney, with Illinois bar admission preferred.
