Senior Director, Employee Services — North America (Remote)

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Head of Employee Services for GBS North America. This senior leadership role will shape the Employee Services strategy across the US and Canada, building a scalable service delivery model for 6,000+ employees.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Legal to continuously improve employee experience, governance, and performance. A high-impact transformation initiative will be owned and executed with executive presence and cross-functional
