Senior Director, DTC eCommerce & Growth (Hybrid)

Keeco, LLC seeks an eCommerce Senior Director (DTC) to lead and grow our direct-to-consumer brands including RestfulNights.com and Down Lite Bedding. This executive role owns revenue, profitability, and customer lifecycle strategy across the DTC channel.

You'll drive strategic leadership, optimize platforms, oversee conversions, CAC/ROAS, and build a high-performing hybrid-work eCommerce organization with cross-functional partners.
