Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships & Major Gifts

KaBOOM! in Washington, D.C. seeks an Associate Director on the Partnership Development team to drive revenue growth through corporate philanthropy.

You will build relationships with corporate decision makers to secure multi-year gifts, manage partnerships, and lead negotiations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious goals. You will cultivate a portfolio of prospects, articulate KaBOOM!'s value, and guide deals through the full cycle from calls to proposals.
