Senior Director, Corporate Accounting Operations

• Lead a multinational team of experienced accounting professionals
• Oversee general ledger accounting activities across regions and legal entities
• Implement and manage monthly and quarterly financial close processes
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and operational cash management
• Oversee affiliated entity accounting results
• Maintain accountability for legal entity financial results and provide variance and trend analysis
• Partner with FP&A on management reporting integrity and alignment with statutory results
• Partner with Tax on tax provision and forecast processes
• Govern legal and management reporting ledgers, including change management testing and validation
• Collaborate with Data Operations on system updates and process improvements
• Collaborate with auditors, tax professionals, and financial stakeholders on compliance and regulatory obligations
• Coach, develop, and conduct performance reviews for multinational team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of controls, audit, accounting, or finance experience
• CPA or equivalent professional designation required
• Demonstrated experience managing multinational teams and multiple accounting environments
• Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• University degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of controls, audit, accounting, or finance experience preferred
