We’re looking for a Senior Director to formulate, implement, and evaluate policies while enhancing our organizational planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Junior Project Managers and staff, overseeing project strategies and
• operations.
• Provide constructive feedback and take corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Track project status, establish invoice plans, and execute performance benchmarks.
• Implement tools and technology to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Collaboration with Executive Team:
• Collaborate with the executive team to roll out and communicate policies that align with
• our goals.
• Approve hiring and performance reviews, fostering growth for all team members.
• Analyze data to evaluate company performance and support marketing and operational
• strategies.

Client & Agency Engagement:

• Work closely with the ETP (government agency) to enhance processes and resolve
• contract issues promptly.
• Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring contract
• compliance.

Qualifications:

• Location: Candidates must be based in California.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in business administration or related fields, with supervisory
• experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with diverse
• stakeholders.
