Required Qualifications: 12+ years in BI, analytics, or business process transformation at an enterprise scope. Track record of setting data and automation priorities organizationally. Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into buildable requirements. Experience shaping data strategy without owning engineering directly. Executive-level communication and influence skills with leadership. Preferred Experience: Standing up or scaling an enterprise BI/analytics function from a business-owned position. Familiarity with modern data platform concepts for writing strong requirements. Operating in post-merger or integration environments.
