The Opportunity

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll provide strategic and technical leadership across a broad scientific function, leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for developing and delivering complex biologics programmes.

You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, scientific leaders and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards while helping shape future capabilities and scientific innovation.
