Qcells North America seeks a senior engineering leader to build and lead its BESS System Integration Solution development organization in New Jersey. This role owns end-to-end product development of BESS System and related energy systems, consolidating California-based staff into the NJ office.
You will lead a ~21-person team across Product Management, SW/EMS, System Integration Design, SCM/Procurement and Skid Manufacturing, define architecture, manage vendors, and drive certification programs.
