Defining and leading enterprise AI solution architecture strategy, the full-time remote Senior Director, AI Solutions Architecture will translate complex business needs into scalable AI products and capabilities while co-creating high-impact solutions with cross-functional stakeholders. Key responsibilities Co-create high-impact AI solutions with cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Operations, and Commercial functions Develop solution blueprints that connect business objectives, user needs, and AI/ML methods Build and lead a high-performing AI solution architecture team with strong technical and stakeholder-management capabilities Required qualifications Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree and 6 years; or Bachelor's degree and 8 years in AI, machine learning, data science, or related fields 4+ years of direct managerial experience, including managing managers or senior technical leaders 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or enterprise architecture preferred Proven track record of designing and leading enterprise AI products or solutions with measurable business impact Deep technical understanding of AI/ML methods, cloud architecture, and production AI systems
