What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Map complete creative lifecycles and diagnose workflow breakdowns
• Design target-state operating models across CMO, studio, and MarTech functions Unique
• Configure and integrate creative AI platforms (Adobe Firefly, GenStudio, ComfyUI, etc.)
• Wire new pipelines into existing enterprise stacks (DAM, CMS, Workfront, MarTech)
• Design human-in-the-loop approval patterns for brand safety and compliance
• Manage VP-to-C-suite relationships across creative, marketing, technology, and legal teams
• Translate between CMO strategy, studio constraints, and platform capabilities
• Structure programs around measurable proof points and value realization Unique

• Develop thought leadership and reusable methodologies

What you'll need

Experience

• 12-15 years in creative technology, content operations, consulting, or transformation
• Proven experience shipping production workflows in enterprise environments Unique
• Hands-on familiarity with creative AI platforms and surrounding tech stack
• Fluency with LLMs, prompt design, and automation for creative workflows
• Credibility with CMOs, studio leads, and MarTech leads Unique
• Commercial experience with scoping, pricing, and account growth Unique

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Unique
